I'd love to
hear from you.
Received.
Thank you.
Auræ takes on a small handful of projects each quarter. The enquiry below takes about four minutes, and I read every single one myself. I'll get back to you within two business days — with my honest thoughts on whether we're right for each other, and where we'd go from here.
Before you
write in.
№ 01 How do I know if we're a good fit? +
Fill in the enquiry form and I'll reply personally within two business days. I'd rather point you in the right direction than take on a project that isn't right for either of us. If we're not a fit, I'll say so and suggest who might be.
№ 02 Will it actually look like my brand — or yours? +
Yours. Always. My job is to translate your vision, not impose mine. Everything starts with understanding how you want your brand to feel, and is built around that from the very first decision.
№ 03 What if I don't have my content ready? +
Content needs to be finalised before the build begins. Without it, I can't start and your date won't be held. If writing isn't your strength, copywriting is available as an add-on so we can get everything locked in advance. The Clarity Edit is also a great first step if you need help getting clear before committing to a build.
№ 04 Can I add extra pages or customise my package? +
Yes. Additional pages, copywriting, and image sourcing are all available as add-ons. Mention what you need in your enquiry and I'll put together the right scope.
№ 05 How do payment plans work? +
Flexible payment plans are available for The 24 Edit and The Signature Edit. A deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due the day before your build begins. Your completed site is delivered once payment is finalised.
№ 06 What happens after it launches? +
You'll receive a full handoff walkthrough so you can manage your site confidently. Post-launch support is available and details are confirmed at project stage.
№ 07 What if I hate it? +
Honestly? It hasn't happened. But the process is built to make sure it won't, because we align on creative direction before a single page is designed. You're never seeing something for the first time and hoping for the best.
